Terms & Conditions

The rules of the game. Clear, direct, and fair.

§ 1 Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded via the platform "workshops." between us, [Your Company Name], [Your Address], (hereinafter "Provider") and you, our customer (hereinafter "User").

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The use of our services requires registration. By completing the registration process and creating an account, you make a binding offer to conclude a user contract based on these AGB. We accept this offer by activating your account.

§ 3 Services

The Provider offers a platform for creating, managing, and discovering workshop methods and plans. This includes access to a library of methods and an AI-powered generator. The exact scope of services depends on the selected plan (e.g., Free, Business). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, provided that the core functionality remains intact for paid plans.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The prices for our paid plans are displayed on our pricing page. Payments are due in advance for the respective billing period. Payment processing is handled by our external payment provider, [e.g., Stripe].

§ 5 User Obligations

The User is obligated to provide truthful information during registration. The User may not misuse the platform, in particular by generating or storing content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of third parties. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

§ 6 Term and Termination

The user contract for the free plan runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time by deleting the account. Paid plans have the term selected during booking (e.g., monthly) and can be terminated at the end of the respective term. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

§ 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht). The content generated by our AI is provided without guarantee of correctness, completeness, or suitability for a specific purpose. The User is responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

§ 8 Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at [Link to your Data Protection page].

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. If the User is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business. Should any provision of these AGB be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
